Hoy os voy a hablar de nuestra salud. Sí. La higiene femenina tiene mucho que ver con nuestra salud, y es que ni nos imaginamos la cantidad de químicos que tienen los productos que usamos cada mes.

Las marcas líderes en el mercado no suelen usar productos naturales, y la mayoría de ellas contienen productos dañinos para nuestros organismos tales como rayón de viscosa, algodón, plásticos y propilenglicol, entre otros. Algunas marcas muestran sus ingredientes, otras en cambio no, ya que no es obligatorio por ley. Veeda nos proporciona productos 100% algodón natural, biodegradables e hipoalergénicos a un precio muy parecido al del resto de marcas. Porque a veces los productos naturales tienen precios desorbitados que hacen que no podamos adquirirlos, pero no es el caso de Veeda.  Además, es muy fácil encontrarlos. Se puede comprar por internet, en Boots o amazon. Así que no hay excusa para cuidarnos también en esos días del mes.

Leading brands don't use natural products, and most of them contain harmful ingredients for our organisms such as mixture of viscose rayon, propelyne, cotton and plastics among others. Some brands will disclose their ingredients while other won't, because they aren't required by law. Veeda offers us 100% natural cotton products, biodegradable and hypoallergenic with a similar price to the rest of brands. Because we know sometimes natural products can be extremely expensive meaning we can't afford them every month, but it's not Veeda's case. Plus, it's super easy to find them: you can buy directly from their site, at Boots online and stores or at Amazon's site. So, there are no excuses to take care of ourselves during these days of the month. 

Yo he probado las compresas y los tampones pequeños sin aplicador (los siguientes serán con él). Y la verdad es que estoy súper contenta. Absorben incluso más que las marcas que he usado con anterioridad, y no huele en exceso. Además, antes al usar tampones me dolía la barriga por los químicos que llevan el resto de marcas, pero ahora no tengo ningún tipo de dolor. Y me encanta saber que al cuidar mi organismo también ayudo a nuestro ecosistema. ¿Podría ser mejor? ☺ Os invito a probarlos, total, ¿qué tenéis que perder?

I have tried the towels and the regular applicator-free tampons (next will be with it). I am super happy with them, they are even more absorbent than the brands I used before and don't smell. Plus, before I used to have pain while using tampons because of the chemicals they have, but now I don't feel anything. And I love to know that while helping my organism I also helping our environment, could it be any better? ☺ I invite you all to try them, what can you lose?
